Did you know that Brianne Thompson has the Fun Flag and pursues two bronze medals in Eloy? posted: Oct 10th, 2019 The Fun Flag had its first showing during the opening ceremony of the FAI Outdoor World Cup, as the NSL News reported yesterday. The Norwegian VFS team Blue Pelican had shown it during the opening ceremony on Monday and then kept it hidden on Tuesday.
They received the yellow card for the violation of the Fun Flag rules, even though team member Derek Nordlund Broughton said that his team simply forgot to bring the flag to Skydive Arizona in the morning. However, Blue Pelican followed up, and they were on their way to letting it fly again on Wednesday when the next party took possession of it.

Did you know that Joey Jones and the Fun Flag filled the wind hold time with updates? posted: Oct 9th, 2019 The FAI Outdoor World Cup was on a wind hold on Wednesday just when the 4-way teams had completed their 6th round. Meet director Brian Byrke at least accomplished his first goal, which was the 6th round in 4-way.
The previous NSL Reality TV video clip had included a time when Bryan Burke addressed teams in the loading area with advice for the increasingly challenging weather conditions. The first dust devils were whirling around the Skydive Arizona facilities and needed to be watched for safety reasons. Eventually, they appeared too frequently, and Bryan Burke put the whole meet on a wind hold.

Did you know that the Fun Flag was flying at Skydive Arizona and is in Norwegian hands? posted: Oct 7th, 2019 The official training day of the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2019 concluded with the opening ceremony and the competition draw shortly before another beautiful Arizona sunset.
As usual, the teams went straight to work after the draw, which seems to be on the slower side. Engineering and dirtdiving took place at the same place where opening ceremony and competition draw were held, at Skydive Arizona's spacious facilities.

Did you know that Out of the Blue accomplished important goals in Australia? posted: Oct 16th, 2018 The aftermath of the FAI World Meet 2018 switches over to the 4-way Open Class competition and resumes the Fun Flag story at the same time.
The last Fun Flag update was related to the Swedish bronze medal winner in 4-way Women, Team X, with the story on 14 October. The Fun Flag did not travel to Sweden though, as there was another adventurous capture before the participants of the event left Gold Coast in Australia, and before the Swedish delegation could secure possession until the next event.

Did you know that Team X from Sweden won two important battles? posted: Oct 14th, 2018 The NSL News live coverage of the FAI World Meet 2018 concludes with a Fun Flag update, which is directly related to one of the medal winners at Gold Coast.
The Swedish national team in 4-way Women might not even be sure which celebration will be remembered as the more important one, as the Fun Flag story of the world meet in Australia seems to end with a photo of Team X in the most recent possession of the important item. This achievement competes with the athletic one, the 3rd place in 4-way Women and the FAI bronze medals that Team X will bring to Sweden this week.
