News Article Did you know that XL comes back to the World Challenge 2014 with the strongest lineup?
posted: Mar 11th, 2014 The first two major events of the 2014 season are over, and the next one is coming up soon, the World Challenge 2014. Four teams are completing this year's 4way Spring Tour between the USA and the United Kingdom (Paraclete XP Indoor and Outdoor, World Challenge) at Bodyflight Bedford at the beginning of April: NMP-PCH Hayabusa, Volt'R, VAF Warriors and Aerodyne French Girls. Fire and Voodoo attended only the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2014 before traveling to Bedford very soon. The World Challenge 2014 will even be the 4th competition this year for Aerodyne French Girls, who also attended... (more)
News Article Did you know that Eric Heinsheimer judged another challenge of his 8way world record?
posted: Mar 10th, 2014 It was not a surprise after the results at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2014 that the 8way competition between Golden Knights and Venturi at the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2014 would not be a thriller. Both teams knew before meeting in Raeford and DeLand that the Golden Knights would be far ahead of the French national team with the new lineup. Only one French team member came back with world meet experience. Thomas Perrin Gachadoat won an 8way gold medal for France in Menzelinsk 2010 and silver at the Mondial Dubai 2012. All other Venturi members are young French competitors... (more)
News Article Did you know that Arizona Airspeed had a total of 18 point deductions at the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship?
posted: Mar 9th, 2014 It's all said and done at the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2014. All teams completed all scheduled rounds in all four categories in two days, despite the bad weather conditions on Friday, and with one exception - NMP-PCH Hayabusa. Roy Janssen could not recover in time, and the expected thriller for the 1st place did not materialize. Arizona Airspeed had no serious competition, even though Evolution's 4way Open Class lineup with Katie Woods finished only ten points behind the reigning world champions - closer than ever before. In fact, Evolution won four rounds over Airspeed and tied... (more)
News Article Did you know that NSL-TV features the fastest round of the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2014?
posted: Mar 8th, 2014 The main story of the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2014 is a sad one. It is obvious that NMP-PCH Hayabusa is not on the leaderboard, at least not so far. There might be a chance that the Belgian national team could still get their numbers posted, but it would happen in an improvised and unofficial way. NMP-PCH Hayabusa had to withdraw on the meet days. Tail Roy Janssen already had a hard time last weekend to make it though the ten rounds of the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2014. He caught an illness on the way across the Atlantic Ocean and struggled to gather enough energy for the indoor... (more)
News Article Did you know that there is great compensation for the lack of fresh footage from DeLand?
posted: Mar 7th, 2014 The Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2014 had a great start last night at the Clarion Hotel DeLand, where the event reception and competition draw took place. The video clip and the team photos provide some evidence of a great atmosphere before the start of a high-profile competition. Following the event tradition, the teams were once again in charge of the competition draw. Ten teams from ten different countries entered the stage to be introduced to the audience and manually draw the sequences. The reigning 4way world champions, Arizona Airspeed, added the sequence for the jump-off round at... (more)
News Article Did you know that the 8way competition at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship broke all records?
posted: Mar 6th, 2014 There is one more day left for aftermath of the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2014 before the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2014 will receive full attention. The 4way competition on the top of the leaderboard in DeLand will be identical with the one in Raeford. This will be different in 8way where only the Golden Knights and the French national team Venturi have ten rounds on their outdoor agenda. The competition sequences will be drawn this evening during the official reception at the Clarion Hotel DeLand. The Golden Knights won the indoor competition in Raeford with a 30.7 average.... (more)
