News Article Did you know that XOteam from Russia won 1,000 Euro at the Polish Indoor Open 2014?
posted: Jan 8th, 2015 XOteam from Russia was the winner of the Polish Indoor Open 2014 and took home the 1,000 EURO cash for the 1st place after a new team record average of 20.5 after ten rounds. The 2014 season was the third year for the same lineup. XOteam had competed with Sergy Polyansky, Alexandr Budakov, Sergey Romaniv and Tatiana Polyanskaya at the Russian Nationals 2012 (12.7) and 2013 (16.7 after only three rounds) before placing 5th last year with a 15.3 average. News Article Did you know that Mark Kirkby's NSL Profile story ended much too early?
posted: Jan 6th, 2015 The Sun Path Products NSL News reported on 30 May 2014 that Arizona Airspeed's Mark Kirkby would retire from the active competition lineup after the FAI World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2014 and the USPA Nationals 2014. Mark Kirkby is the most successful Formation Skydiving competitor in the USA and has been in contention for the same honor worldwide and in the history of the sport. His career story can be found at the NSL Profiles, but only until 2010. posted: Jan 5th, 2015 The recent updates from France on 24 December 2014 and 3 January 2015 brought back memories of two outstanding French achievements in the history of Formation Skydiving competition. They both happened at the same time and the same place, Menzelinsk 2010. The world meet in Russia was the first event where a competitor won gold medals in 4-way and 8-way, accomplished by Mathieu Bernier. He was a member of the French delegation that won all four Formation Skydiving gold medals (4-way Open 4-way Women, 4-way VFS, 8-way Open) for the first time in history. News Article Did you know that the Hurricane Factory won the 2014 season by 13 points after 72 sequences?
posted: Jan 4th, 2015 The new six sequences for the January competition of the Indoor Cloud League have been posted, and it is time to wrap up the December competition by honoring the best teams and performances of the month. The December leaderboard is actually not complete yet, as iFLY Dallas still has a few videos of last month's Indoor Cloud League event that will be added later. However, it will be too late to make it to the "Best Of December" video. The Bad Boys brought in once again the highscores for the AAA and AA Class sequences at the Hurricane Factory. posted: Jan 3rd, 2015 The Sun Path Products NSL News explained on 24 December 2014 why France can expect a very interesting race between the two national 4-way teams in the next two years. The new Open Class lineup (Laurence Herve, Damien Gouriou, Charles Rommel, Kevin Mansion) and the new French Girls (Christine Malnis, Sophia Pecout, Clementine Le Bohec, Anais Maillet) have probably a very similar starting point for the new 2-year cycle with their current scoring averages.
