Did you know that the Czech 4-way teams posted top scores in November? posted: Nov 29th, 2016 The latest November scores and videos of the Indoor Cloud League came from the Czech Republic, where a total of ten teams tried to get onto the leaderboard for the month.
The scores for the AAA and AA sequences were not claimed by the Bad Boys this month, who had no training scheduled in November at the Hurricane Factory. However, ICL organizer Jan Klapka had three other teams performing the two Open Class sequences, and the HF Chicks posted both Czech highscores for November. The Mirek Team claimed two of the six highscores, as well (RR - R).

Did you know that the NSL Championship 2016 combines once again indoor and outdoor competition? posted: Nov 28th, 2016 It happened in 2014 that the last outdoor competition of the year in Florida, the NSL Championship at Skydive DeLand, was not supported well by the November weather.
Nine teams were ready to add some more scores to the records before the winter break, and only four of the teams braved the weather and completed at least three rounds. The ground time on Friday and Saturday was too long, and alternative ideas were discussed.

Did you know that Thunder ISR finished off the 8-year team career with a record average? posted: Nov 28th, 2016 Thunder ISR's farewell competition at the ISR Grand Prix 2016 was a random party, and the best amateur 4-way team in the history of the sport could finish off the 8-year team career with a new record average.
Wesley Claessens (Point), Paul Hofstee (Outside Center), Sven Ibens (Inside Center) and Jacco van Eerden (Tail) had started the Thunder team project with a 17.4 average at the Valentine's Meet in February 2010 and posted a 29.3 average last weekend with exactly the same lineup.
The dive pool for the ISR Grand Prix favors a higher AAA Class average than usual, as only 16 of the 22 blocks... (more)
Did you know that the Qatar Falcons may have similar goals as the Qatar Tigers? posted: Nov 27th, 2016 The story of Qatar's 8-way team, the Falcons, actually began at the USPA Nationals 2011, where the first lineup competed in the Intermediate Class competition. It was a combination of the Qatar Tigers and Falcons 4-way teams that posted the first 8-way scores (6.9) on the USPA leaderboard.
Three members of Qatar's current national team, the Tigers, were in the 8-way lineup of 2011 and are now pursuing medal positions in the 4-way Open Class competition.

Did you know that the ISR Grand Prix 2016 includes Thunder ISR's last 4-way competition? posted: Nov 26th, 2016 The annual ISR Grand Prix is scheduled for this weekend, and a total of 50 teams are registered for the event. This beats last year's participation when 45 teams competed in Roosendaal.
The event includes the farewell competition of Thunder ISR. The Sun Path Products NSL News reported on November 10th that NMP PCH HayaBusa adds 8-way training and competition to the team's agenda, which began with the Thund8rbirds 8-way project.
The HayaBusa members explained that the lineup will consist of Belgian competitors, and Thunder ISR members Sven Ibens and Wesley Claessens will continue with HayaBusa's... (more)
Did you know that Ann - Marie Jarzebowski from Australia celebrated the same 15-year anniversary as Vana Parker? posted: Nov 24th, 2016 History's first 4-way Women competition at FAI World Championships of Formation Skydiving in Empuriabrava 2001 was at the same time the toughest battle ever for any medals in this event. Four teams (Unites States - Norway - Sweden - Great Britain) were in contention for the three top positions, and they ended up within six points after ten rounds.
V-Max, the British team in 4th place, posted five highscores and still ended up without any medals, two points behind the bronze medals and three points behind silver.
Two Scandinavian teams finished in the medal positions behind Synchronicity.... (more)
