Did you know that the new CSC Rhythm XP lineup started with team record scores? posted: Jun 9th, 2008 Last Saturday marked the 2008 season opener for the Midwestern Skydiving League and, as often is the case this time of year, the weather was not yet ready to fully cooperate. Despite a forecast of a windy day, three teams came out to Chicagoland Skydiving to see if we could get the MWSL 2008 season opener in.

Did you know that Paraclete XP will defend the home turf in two weeks? posted: Jun 5th, 2008 The World Challenge 2008 offered many different and interesting angles of the 4-way competition world. This new story connects the two currently most popular 16-foot windtunnels in the world, Bodyflight Bedford and Paraclete XP.
The SkyVenture tunnel in Raeford has also its own home team, the Paraclete XP 4-way team. Members are owner Tim D'Annunzio and his son John, plus the former Airspeed veterans Andy Honigbaum and Kirk Verner who both work at Paraclete XP.

Did you know that three FSL A Class teams were tied after two rounds? posted: Jun 4th, 2008 The next round of NSL-TV has been uploaded. This time, it features the three A Class teams at the May Meet of the Florida Skydiving League.
It was quite a start for Airplay and the two lineups from Skydive Miami, Zero Tolerance and ZT Mal4mations. It was already a very close race in the first round where all three teams posted 2-digit scores and the new all-female Airplay lineup took a 1-point lead. Attentive NSL-TV viewers probably noticed the special way how Airplay presented the team's first round of the meet to the judges and the audience. (more)
Did you know that the Pro Team from Finland has a 3-year plan? posted: Jun 3rd, 2008 Last weekend's first competition of the 2008 season in Sweden was a big step for Blue Spirits.
The NSL News had introduced the team in detail with the story on 13 February 2008. Blue Spirits, with Johnny Andersson (Point), Ulf Liljenbäck (Tail), Johnny Olsson (Center Inside), Jens Thögersen (Center Outside) and Staffan Linde (Camera), then competed at the FSL Shamrock Showdown 2008 and finished with a 13.1 average.
Blue Spirits now followed up on the big plans and on the first scores of March with an impressive 14.8 average after Sweden's 10-round competition at FK Aros in Västerås. Team... (more)
Did you know that the SCSL meet in Perris brought up Piver trouble? posted: Jun 2nd, 2008 The scores of last weekend's competitions have been flowing in today, and the overall leaderboard is almost complete. Bodyflight Storm, the British national 4-way team in the female category, is on the very top of the AAA Class leaderboard with currently 14 teams.
Storm arrived in Perris just before the SCSL meet weekend for the next outdoor training camp. Event judge Judy Celaya reported that Bodyflight Storm was jumping with a "pretty good case of jet lag". She said that the team did well in spite of it and only got "a bit rough in the last rounds." (more)
