posted Oct 23rd, 2005 - The last two days were challenging for the NSL News. Many website visitors were wondering what was going on when skyleague.com fell off the world wide web on Friday. It was a scary situation for the NSL News since the coverage of the IPC World Cup 2005 was just around the corner.

The skyleague.com server, QWK.NET, had to make some adjustments, which had an unfortunate impact on the NSL website. The weekend made it more difficult for everybody to get things fixed. However, NSL Webmaster Craig Buxton did all he could to put things back in order, while the NSL News moved from DeLand to Eloy.

It still took a while and several different approaches to get the NSL website back up and running, and the temporary office is now set up successfully side by side with Omniskore. Tim T2 Wagner went once again out of his way to help set up an efficient work station for the upcoming coordinated coverage, and nothing seems to be in the way any longer to provide the same features as at previous events.

Skydive Arizona has been very busy, as many teams used the last opportunity to get familiar with the competition site. The competition draw will take place at 5 pm, and the first event stories will follow very soon.

In the meantime, the Thomas Hughes story, which was planned to be uploaded much earlier might be interesting enough until the first live update from Eloy will be posted. Stay tuned.
