Did You Know...

... that Joey Jones anchored the new NSL TV video from Bedford?

TV anchor Joey Jones at the Shamrock Showdown
posted Apr 3rd, 2010 - The next step after the short preview by the group of top competitors was more NSL Talk, while some teams were already flying their official training time for the World Challenge 2010 and others lined up before the entrance to the flying chamber.

Joey Jones had already anchored the NSL TV production at the FSL Shamrock Showdown 2010. The show is now in the editing process and will soon be aired in Florida.

The NSL News asked Joey Jones to open this session of NSL Talk in Bedford like he did at the Shamrock Showdown. It was actually great fun to watch him do his job in DeLand. He was not prepared for the same hosting job today and improvised for the NSL News audience. His Belgian delegation at the wind tunnel enjoyed Joey Jones' improvisation - until it was David Grauwels' turn...

Then the NSL News focused more on the tunnel action, which was already in full swing by then. Aerokart PC member Clement Martin-Saint-Leon talked to the NSL News after the flying session of his team. He is also the team captain of the French national 8-way team that just finished a training camp in Spain.

Eventually, the NSL News camera captured a few words from Airspeed and then moved into the flying chamber for the training sessions of the 4-way world champions and the French national team. Both teams were in the flying chamber at the same time.

The footage of the training sessions is in the works and will hopefully be ready before the actual competition begins.
