Did You Know...

... that the Czech Indoor Cloud League team continued without Skywalkers Most?

European Championship awards at Weembi Lille
posted May 6th, 2026 - Jan Klapka submitted the Czech Indoor Cloud League scores for the month of April, following last month’s leaderboard launch by new participants at iFLY Atlanta. Meanwhile, Alix Raymond, team videographer for the XP Angels, is working on establishing a full ICL presence in Georgia.

Jan Klapka was unable to benefit from Skywalkers Most’s contribution to the Czech ICL total in April. It marked the first time this year that the team was unavailable for the two Open Class sequences (AAA/AA), as they were fully focused on preparing for the FAI Indoor World Cup 2026.

Reporting from the Czech Republic, Jan Klapka explained that his ICL team for April consisted exclusively of 4-way juniors. There were not even former juniors on the internal Czech leaderboard this time—only the next generation of competitors, who combined for a total of 81 points. However, it likely won’t take long for the current 4-way juniors to improve their scores significantly, especially following the strong performance and 4th-place finish of their role models at the Indoor World Cup. Jan Klapka is comfortable with the lower scores for now, as his primary focus is on building and maintaining a solid 4-way foundation in the Czech Republic.

First outdoor competition in 2023: Skywalkers Most
Helikopters, now competing under the new team name FOX following a lineup change, and Fenix already have some 10-round scores recorded. Meanwhile, the new Grinch Team will likely be ready for their first competition at the beginning of the new Czech indoor season in November.

The two more experienced and longer-trained 4-way junior teams, FOX and Fenix, both completed four ICL sequences in training (A - RRR - RR - R) as part of an internal competition. However, each of the three teams submitted only two sequences for the April ICL leaderboard. The 14-foot flying chamber at the Hurricane Factory in Prague appears almost as spacious for juniors as the 16-foot chamber at Weembi Lille does for senior teams when performing 4-way sequences.

It was at Weembi Lille where Skywalkers Most maintained their position behind the current top three 4-way Open Class teams in the world. After finishing 4th at the FAI Indoor World Championship 2025, they successfully defended that position at Weembi Lille. Their next goal is the FAI Outdoor World Championship 2026, where they will once again face the same top three teams—this time in outdoor competition. They already competed against them at the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2025, finishing in 6th place with a 19.6 average. They will be eager to close the gap further in the outdoor setting. Over the summer months, Skywalkers Most will be based at the skydiving center in Most, where they will work and train in preparation for the outdoor world championship.

NMP PCH HayaBusa - Skywalkers Most at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2026
4-way junior team FOX
The Skywalkers Most members have their sights firmly set on FAI medal rankings at World Championships and World Cups. There is no doubt that this is their long-term goal, and their recent indoor results indicate that they are already moving closer to the world’s top three teams.

A closer look at the videos and scores shows that they have the potential to challenge at least Golden Knights and NMP PCH Hayabusa in the near future. One of the key challenges on their path to medal contention, however, is their penalty count. The necessary increase in pace to reach the highest level still leads to infringements—issues that the more experienced medal-winning teams have largely eliminated.

The numbers illustrate this clearly. Skywalkers Most completed a total of 306 scoring formations within the 350 seconds of working time across ten rounds. This is just one point short of the 307 points achieved by NMP PCH Hayabusa at Weembi Lille after penalties. The Belgian team incurred eight penalty points and would have tied the Golden Knights with 315 points before deductions. Once again, the French winners delivered the cleanest performance among all medal contenders and within the Top 10. Only another French team, Oblivion, and Germany’s Aera Flystation performed slightly cleaner, each receiving just a one-point deduction.
