posted Mar 3rd, 2026 - Kyle Hermberg's iFLY Dallas team launched the Indoor Cloud League 2026 season with a second-place finish on the January leaderboard, after securing first place at the end of the 2025 season, as the NSL News reported on January 11th. It was the closest and most exciting duel in ICL history between iFLY Dallas and Hurricane Factory, ending with a 14-point margin in December (1456–1442).

As in the previous year, Jan Klapka's Czech ICL team took the early lead at the start of the new indoor season in January, when Kyle Hermberg had not yet finalized a AAA Class lineup capable of mastering the slot-switching sequence (L,22,N,5). Donaldo Grajeda, Mauricio Farina, Nick Anderson, and Scott Kucel handled the second 4-way Open Class sequence (D,22,15), which was challenging enough on its own.

However, Kyle Hermberg eventually reunited with his former Dallas Dynasty teammate Caden Maydew, along with Caden’s new wife Alexa (formerly Boushey), and Nick Anderson to form a new Aeroworx lineup for the 4-way Advanced Class competition at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2026. Hermberg had competed with a different Aeroworx lineup at the same event in 2024 (Alexa Boushey, Christina Edwards, Vanessa Shirazi). For Alexa Maydew and Nick Anderson, it was their first AAA Class competition with Aeroworx, guided by the experienced leadership of Kyle Hermberg and Caden Maydew.

Kyle Hermberg took on double duties at Paraclete XP, as he was not only competing but also coaching the indoor and outdoor team SSD Pajama Party. The NSL News first introduced the team on 20 June 2025 and has followed their progress regularly as the new lineup competed at events in Texas and submitted scores and videos for the iFLY Dallas team at the monthly Indoor Cloud League meets.

SSD Pajama Party attended three meets in the AA Class before finishing 6th out of 20 teams at the USPA Nationals 2025 in their first competitive year. They continued at the ICL events in November and December — in November with coach Kyle Hermberg filling an open slot, and in December with their complete lineup. With the start of the new year, they were back in 4-way action.

Deanna Anderson, Bren Saxton, and Shawn Henry once again relied on Kyle Hermberg in January when Beth Victor was unavailable. The full lineup then competed at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2026, where they earned their first medals with a third-place finish at the national indoor championship. Meanwhile, coach Kyle Hermberg completed his own ten rounds in the 4-way Advanced Class competition. Only Elsinore 4mula 4fun, featuring player-coach James “Bu” Kline, and a variation of the 2025 USPA silver medalist team Almost Relentless finished ahead of the 3-1 female Pajama Party lineup. They also had to hold off competition from Relentless members and their second lineup, Relentless Action, and they won their U.S. bronze medals by one single point.
