His goal is to guide all of his participants from the 4-way beginner level (R) to the performance of the complete dive pool and uses the events of the Indoor Cloud League for the introduction of 4-way training and competition to any and every interested person.
The July leaderboard of the iFLY Dallas event became one of the very few occasions in the history of his ICL management where his name is not in any of the five lineups who posted the highscores for the iFLY Dallas team. However, he was present at the July event and participated, as well. He puts together the lineups for the events and was once again taking care of participants on the lower experience level as a player-coach. He just was not in any of the additional lineups who participate at the ICL events and don't finish with winning scores in the six categories. The iFLY Dallas team usually provides only the highscores and the respective videos, even if there were additional teams who performed the same sequences, as well.

The AAA/AA sequences have no restrictions for the lineups, and the iFLY Dallas team for these two categories included one of the most experienced 4-way competitors in the country, Lucas King. Michael Erickson and Aaron Perkins are Kyle Hermberg's former Dallas Dynasty indoor team mates and are familiar with the complete dive pool. Alexa Boushey has trained all 22 blocks with Kyle Hermberg and is often posting winning AAA/AA Class scores behind the Czech Skywalkers Most.
The A Class and RRR Class teams may have one player-coach in their lineups, according to the ICL rules and regulations. Kyle Hermberg did not have to assign a player-coach to these two categories, as the team members could handle the two sequences by themselves. The other two Rookie Class categories (RR/R) allow two player-coaches in the lineups. It was Michael Erickson alone who guided new participant Olivia Mendoza, Bryan Bradley and Jonathan Cooper to the RR Class highscore. Lucas King was the head-coach for the R Class team, and Alexa Boushey assisted him in the second slot
