Dan Schultz had spent three years with SDC Rhuthless and competed at three national outdoor championships consecutively with his team between 2022 and 2024. Danny Suter attended 4-way and 8-way events randomly until the Double D's decided to share indoor and outdoor experiences with world champion team mates.
They enjoyed the experience on the significantly higher performance level at Paraclete XP enough to sign up the Double D's for an outdoor competition, as well, the Shamrock Showdown 2025. However, Kirk Verner was not available for the trip to Florida a week after winning his next gold medal with GKXP8 at the FAI Indoor World Championship 2025. Kirk and the Double D's changed to Jen and the Double D's when Jennifer Davidson agreed to fill the open slot. She replaced Kirk Verner as the inside center, and the Double D's with Jeana Billings continued in the slots that they had at the national indoor championship.

She did not have much time to get ready for the first competition with XPG4, which was the FAI Indoor World Cup 2024 in China. XPG4's new lineup had to perform an extra round for the 2nd place to break the tie with NFTO at the end of the team's first competition with Jennifer Davidson.
The new XPG4 lineup attended the Paraclete XP Summer Classic 2024 and the USPA National Championship 2024 before winning the 4-way Women competition at the 26th FAI World Formation Skydiving Championships. XPG4 finished in 4th place on the combined 4-way leaderboard, only one point behind the Qatar Tigers (228 - 227). Jennifer Davidson was familiar with the point slot that she took for the year with XPG4. She was in the same front piece position that she had in her six years with the Golden Knights 4-way Women team, who won the outdoor world championship title at Skydive Chicago 2016.

Jennifer Davidson continued with the Golden Knights 8-way team after winning the 4-way Women gold medals in 2016. Two years later, she won her first 8-way gold medal in Australia 2018, together with her husband Matt Davidson in the lineup. She continued in the U.S. Army's 8-way team until the end of the 2021 season.
Jeana Billings had joined Ranch 2nd Generation in 2019 for a year in 4-way before she joined the first XPG4 lineup in 4-way Women for the FAI Indoor World Championship 2019. She also started her double-duty career at the same event with Paraclete XP8 and her first 8-way gold medals at Weembi Lille. Jennifer Davidson won 8-way gold medals in 2018, Jeana Billings in 2021, 2022 and 2024, and they had joined forces only in 4-way Women so far. This changed with the beginning of the 2025 season when the new XP8 lineup competed at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2025, with both reigning 4-way Women world champions in the same 8-way lineup for the first time. The Double D's at the Shamrock Showdown brought them back together in 4-way, as well.
