posted Jun 1st, 2025 - The Indoor Cloud League team at iFLY Dallas has almost caught up on the annual leaderboard, where only the scores of the month of May are still missing. So far, the 2025 leaderboard is totally under the control of the Czech ICL team at the Hurricane Factory Prague.

iFLY Dallas is at least stealing monthly highscores for some of the six ICL categories here and there. Kyle Hermberg's iFLY Dallas team did that again in April when Shawn Henry, Johnathan Cooper, Alexa Boushey and Kyle Hermberg made it beyond the 25-point scoring limit in the R Class, despite three point deductions. The same lineup also posted the highest possible score for the RR Class sequence, after two point deductions.

However, the junior team Sharks completed 27 points in the 35 seconds of working time and could tie the iFLY Dallas 25-point score in April. The other Czech junior team Fenix posted the 21-pointer for the R Class sequence that Kyle Hermberg claimed for iFLY Dallas. Kyle Hermberg and Lucas King worked together to score the 17-pointers for the two Open Class sequences, one with a slot-switcher (AAA), one without (AA). Alexa Boushey and Christina Cooper completed the AAA/AA lineup with the two player-coaches at iFLY Dallas.

Indoor Cloud League April 2025: iFLY Dallas Highscores

The dominance of the Czech Indoor Cloud League team is heavily supported by the consistent participation of Skywalkers Junior, who perform the two Open Class sequences month by month for Jan Klapka. The Hurricane Factory team has won all AAA/AA highscores between January and May, most of them by significant margins, which were created by Skywalkers Junior.

Other ICL teams have won some of the other four categories (A/RRR/RR/R) in the same time period, while the Czech national indoor and outdoor team defend the Czech top position successfully month by month.

It has become even more difficult for the other Indoor Cloud League teams since Skywalkers Junior have arrived at the world's 4-way top level, as the results at the FAI Indoor World Championship 2025 were showing clearly. The five team members still continue to meet regularly with their older and younger 4-way competitors in the Hurricane Factory, as they have done in the past decade. The current dominance of Skywalkers Junior on the ICL leaderboards is not coincidence. Jan Klapka's 4-way junior school is simply producing the results that he has been hoping for, and the next 4-way juniors are on the way to copy the success of their local role models. Most of them still make the 14-foot flying chamber of the Hurricane Factory in Prague look like a 16-foot flying chamber for 4-way senior teams.
