Did You Know...

... that the iFLY Seattle Indoor Cloud League team copied the July total exactly in August?

iFLY Seattle's Indoor Cloud League team in August
posted Sep 10th, 2017 - The scores from the last 2017 meets of the Midwest Skydiving League and the Northern Plains Skydiving League have been posted, and the combined leaderboard was updated throughout the weekend.

Teams from the Northwest Skydiving League competed, as well, and used the same competition draw. The additional NWSL scores will be added as soon as possible.

Teams and competitors of the Northwest Skydiving League had also come together earlier last month to take on the six sequences of the Indoor Cloud League at iFLY Seattle. Many of the ICL participants will also have their names once again on the outdoor leaderboard.

Deb and Dave Correia and their assistant coaches put together six different lineups for the six sequences in the ICL categories.

Seattle Swift performed the slot switching AAA Class sequence in August and tied iFLY Tampa's 17-pointer. Two different Rookie Class lineups posted the highscores for the RR Class and R Class sequences, which won the duel with the Florida team by two points (104 - 102).

Dallas Interspeediate lineup at the Spaceland-Houston Pre-Nationals
iFLY Seattle completed the six August sequences with exactly the same total as in July (104) while iFLY Tampa finished below the July scoring level.

The iFLY Dallas team almost copied iFLY Seattle's unusual tie of the same total score for two consecutive months. Amanda Lampton and her iFLY Dallas coaches (Lucas King, Zach Breaux) had posted a total of 93 points in July and followed up with 92 in August. The ranking order between the three ICL teams (Seattle - Tampa - Dallas) remained unchanged for the 2017 season.

Several of the ICL competitors in Dallas also attended the Pre-Nationals 2017 outdoor meet at Skydive Spaceland-Houston in August. Three Dallas Interspediate members (Lacey and Zach Breaux, Genifer Oliver) posted the two 14-pointers for the Open Class sequences (AAA - AA), together with Lucas King who filled the slot for Scott Latinis and the competed with Interspeediate at the Dallas Super Cup.
