Did You Know...

... that iFLY Houston is the first Indoor Cloud League team on both 12- and 14-foot leaderboards?

iFLY Houston's Indoor Cloud League team
posted Jun 1st, 2016 - The Sun Path Products NSL News reported earlier this week that the recent extension of the Indoor Cloud League dive pool separated the 12- and 14-foot teams: "None of the three currently posted teams who are flying in 14-foot chambers has yet posted scores and videos for the 12-foot sequences, as well."

It took only a few days until this situation changed. iFLY Houston became the first ICL team with complete sets of six scores and videos on both leaderboards.

The iFLY Houston team used the second half of the month to take care of the three additional sequences (AAA - AA - A) for the 12-foot flying chamber after first performing the complete set of 14-footer sequences on May 11th.

The scores for the three Rookie Class sequences are identical on both leaderboards, as the two lineups at the earlier iFLY Houston event had taken good care of the scores in these categories.

Katrina Shows, Devon Shows, Janus Hyder, Jorge Alvarez now added the AAA Class 16-pointer for the 12-footer sequence (E,15,Q,5) and also turned the previous 10-pointer for the AAA Class sequence (E,4,Q,5) into 20 points on the current leaderboard.

The complete 4 Shades of Grey lineup also added one point to the May total by improving their own previous 13-pointer for the 14-footer AA Class sequence, while the complete Babes On Our Bellies lineup maintained the RRR Class highscore for May.

Katrina Shows introduced two new ICL competitors (Sheila Sheppard, Neculaui Miru) to the 12-footer A Class sequence, with Adrian Glave in the same lineup. Then she also took on the AA Class sequence on May 24th with Ash the Aussie, Ronnie Main and Justin Grubbs.

May 24th was also Ronnie Main's birthday, who performed his first piece flying after iFLY Houston's ICL Choir sang for him in the antechamber. Katrina Shows said that he was very excited after his first successfully completed Block 6 and a "big learning curve for that team".

May highlights at iFLY Houston included Adrian Glave's 10-year young daughter Kiya using a true 4-way jumpsuit with booties for the first time in her point slot. With new ICL competitors Janelle Gaedke and Pier Tansey at the earlier event, iFLY Houston's ICL team keeps growing consistently.
