Did You Know...

... that Arizona Airspeed won the Super Sequence by a point?

Arizona Airspeed at exit practice
posted Oct 26th, 2015 - The next special round at the USPA Nationals 2015 came soon after the meet opener. The sequence of Round 3 (F,9,L,O) offered all AAA Class teams the opportunity to boost the meet averages.

The 4-way experts still did not expect any scores that could be close to the standing world record for a single round. It is the 56-pointer (J,M,Q,P,L) that the French national 4-way team of 2010 posted at the world meet in Menzelinsk in Round 3, together with the Russian Sky Panthers.

The expectations for the Super Sequence in this Round 3 today went up to the mid-40s, and Arizona Airspeed posted the highest score with a 43-pointer. The NSL-TV camera followed some of the teams with their preparations for the fastest round of the meet, and Chris Talbert added insights in front of the camera.

Cutting into the Airspeed lead: SDC Rhythm XP
The new video clip begins with different action. Two teams were playing basketball, including Golden Knights team captain Sean Sweeney, Airspeed world champion of 2012, Josh Hall, and Paraclete's John D'Annunzio. It was a good game, and nobody got hurt...

The 4-way teams will complete seven rounds today, and SDC Rhythm XP began to cut into the Airspeed lead beginning after the Super Sequence, first two points in Round 4 and then another one in Round 5. Rhythm has won the total of the last three rounds by one point and seems to gain momentum after a slow start.

The internal Texas tie-breaker meet is close enough for any possible outcome, with Dallas 350 leading by four points over Spaceland Lite. Verve XP is caught right in the middle of this duel...
