10 meets this year: Bad Boyz 2013 lineup
posted Dec 14th, 2013 - The 4way teams in the Czech Republic concluded their busiest competition season in history on December 12th at the Sportsflight Skydive Arena in Prague.

The eleven teams who attended the second meet of the new winter season this week combined for an average of 6.4 meets per team this year, indoor and outdoor. AAA Class teams Bad Boyz and Hvezdy have the record attendance with ten meets each, followed by Accord with nine meets.

In addition to the indoor and outdoor events, the Czech group of teams and competitors have also joined the Indoor Cloud League with the six monthly competition sequences, where they took the 3rd place in November after posting scores in all six ICL categories.

10-average next: Hoofs in the Rookie Class
Most of the Czech teams once again increased their meet averages at the December competition, which was the last one of the calendar year. Monthly 4way meets will follow between January and April until the outdoor season resumes.

The Bad Boyz maintained their newly achieved 18-average level in the 10-round meet, while Hvezdy and CZ Ladies both posted new team record averages at the second indoor meet of the winter season. The CZ Ladies are the new and first Czech national team in the female 4way category.

AA Class teams Soft 4way and Accord both scored higher than in November, as well, while the A Class competition was the most competitive one of all four categories. Rookie Class team Hoofs has increased the team's meet averages at every single indoor meet (2.4 - 4.4 - 4.8 - 7.9 - 9.2) this year, and the 10-average level will be next.

Pressure on the other ICL groups: Czech teams and competitors in Prague
The five Czech teams in the A Class are so competitive with each other that any team cannot afford to have a weak appearance in the Skydive Arena. Impact, who posted the Indoor Cloud League November scores for the Czech group in the A Class and the Rookie AAA Class, won the A Class competition with a new team record average, which was necessary to fend off the Sky Walkers.

Sky Walkers took advantage of a lower meet average for Best of Relative who had finished in 2nd place in November, only a few points behind Impact. New team Drop-ky went from 7.8 in November to a 10.0 average this week and left the bottom of the A Class leaderboard for Kamerun.

Jan Klapka's Czech group at the Skydive Arena finished only three points behind Florida at iFLY Orlando in the Indoor Cloud League competition last month. He hinted that he may have even more competitive scores for the December sequences. The pressure is on the other ICL groups after this week's promising Czech scores...
