... that Polaris peak performs under the radar?

Peak performance under the radar: Polaris
posted Aug 30th, 2012 - The Thursday coverage of the World Cup 2012 begins with Wednesday events. The female 4way competition is still in the spotlight, especially after the Aerodyne Deep Blue Defenders reduced the distance to the Golden Knights to one single point in Round 7 and Round 8.

This battle in Prostejov is a preview of what can be expected in Dubai later this year. However, France and USA are not the only teams in this category who deliver top level performance this week. In fact, Polaris from Norway is actually even more consistently performing on the team's top level, while the Defenders had a slow start and the Golden Knights a slower end of yesterday.

The leaderboard of the female 4way competition, inluding the Aerodyne Deep Blue Defenders, shows Polaris far behind the two top teams, even though the Norwegian team is peak performing this year with the highest average in the team's history after eight rounds. Coach Steve Hamilton knows the value of the Polaris scores and explains it in the latest NSL Talk with Pete Allum.

Pete Allum himself was in Prostejov to help the Italian national team Ex3mo. He had to leave this morning when his team was getting ready for the last two rounds. Ex3mo had just won the Italian Nationals 2012 with an impressive 19.5 average before traveling north to the Czech Republic for the World Cup.

Ex3mo is currently standing with another 19.5 average with a slower competition draw compared to the national championship. The NSL News will soon follow up with the accurate information from Italy that Livio Piccolo provided, former Sinapsi bronze medal winner of 2006, together with Pete Allum. Livio Piccolo is Italy's Head of Delegation at the World Cup.

The new NSL Reality TV clip begins with Golden Knights greetings to the boss in North Carolina, Brian "BK" Krause, who is probably up very early every morning to follow the action...
