posted Dec 2nd, 2012 - The NSL News audience can be proud of the latest results of the NSL Mondial Poll in the 4way Open Class competition. They are identical with the Top 3 standings after Round 5.

It is half time in all Formation Skydiving events at the Mondial 2012, and the US delegations is taking home three sets of gold medals at the moment. The host is winning one set of gold medals in VFS 4way.

The teams in 4way Open and Women completed only one round this afternoon, and nothing changed on the tops of those two leaderboards. However, there is some motion behind the medal positions in the 4way Open Class competition.

Sky Panthers Barkli have picked up the pace after giving away the first three rounds to the LeMay family of Canada's 4way team Evolution. The Russians won the last two rounds by a total of six points and are now scoring on the same level as the three teams in the medal positions. It's too late to defend the Russian bronze medals of 2010 successfully, however, Barkli may still take the 4th place from the Canadians. It's a 1-point game after Round 5.

Germany's national team Paratec-Saar had to take two big hits in the last two rounds and is currently out of the game for a slot in the finals. They had matched each of Satori's scores in the first three rounds for a great battle in 6th place. Satori has continued steadily in the meantime and moved out of reach for the Germans. Aaron Faith's peaceful rests between the jumps seem to be working well...

Bardagi from Sweden and Italy's Ex3mo lineup with Pete Allum are now in the same hunt for the 6th place together with Germany. Austria has the 10th place at the moment, with Australia's Rotor Out plus South African Voodoo in the neck...
