A follow-up story on November 19th included NSL Live Talk with NMP PCH HayaBusa members Dennis Praet and Neal Willems. Did you know that Julien Degen competed with six different AAA Class teams at the Weembinamic? posted: Nov 27th, 2025 The situation in 4-way at the Weembinamic 2025 was very similar to the 8-way competition: the strongest overall team across ten rounds did not win. In 8-way, D'Arc8 trailed Nova by seven points on the traditional leaderboard after Round 10, and in 4-way the difference between Aethers Remix and Dynos was nine points.
The French national team in 4-way Open once again delivered the cleanest performance among the top contenders, finishing with just four point deductions. However, two of those deductions came at the worst possible moment—during the final round, which effectively turned into a jump-off.... (more)
Did you know that the Weembinamic 2025 produced new and unusual results? posted: Nov 26th, 2025 The annual Weembinamic indoor competition at Weembi Lille—host of the upcoming FAI Indoor World Cup in April 2026—once again delivered unusual and unexpected results. The event’s creator, Julien Degen, former French 4-way and 8-way world champion in traditional formation skydiving, introduced this alternative competition format years ago, and it has since become particularly popular in the 8-way community.
The format uses the standard FAI/ISC dive pool, but all teams first complete four rounds to establish an initial leaderboard. This ranking then determines the match-ups for three sets... (more)
Did you know that the CISM teams behind NMP PCH HayaBusa have moved closer to each other? posted: Nov 24th, 2025 The first NSL News update of the military CISM World Championship 2025 on November 19thmentioned that there was still the potential of a battle for medals, even though NMP PCH HayaBusa did not not have any serious opposition any longer without the participation of Golden Knights and Qatar Tigers.
Three rounds were almost completed at that point in time, and the Belgians were 19 points ahead of Germany in 2nd place. Did you know that Norway's Thyra continue with the youngest 4-way Women lineup in history? posted: Nov 20th, 2025 The NSL News reported the next and recent reunion of the three Norgies members Carl-Erik Tuv, Pål Kolbenstvedt and Torstein Valen with the update on November 12th. The story mentioned that Carl-Erik Tuv's daughter Christiane Wilhelmine Sørfjord Tuv has been training and competing with her 4-way Women team Thyra.
The Norwegian national team in 4-way Women, European bronze medal winners at the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2023 and silver medalists at the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2025, are not yet at the level where Carl-Erik Tuv was and still is with the Norgies. However, father and daughter both keep... (more)
Did you know that there is still a battle for medals in Qatar? posted: Nov 19th, 2025 The absence of Golden Knights and a Qatar home team has turned the military CISM World Championship into a walk in the park for NMP PCH HayaBusa, as the NSL News reported on November 17th. The Belgian team with the new CISM lineup were hoping for a battle situation with their expected strong opponents from the United States and Qatar. Instead they are 19 points ahead after three rounds, compared to the 4-point win after ten rounds last year.
There is no doubt that NMP PCH HayaBusa will win their 17th consecutive set of CISM gold medals, this time with all-time member David Grauwels on camera... (more)
