Did You Know...

... that the top four will probably get tighter again after Round 9?

Goot time in Bedford: Airspeed and Satori members
posted Apr 4th, 2010 - The scores for Round 8 confirmed what the previous rounds and competitions already indicated. Aerodyne Cypres Maubeuge increased the lead to four points with the second consecutive highscore in Round 8. The French team benefitted from a 2-point deduction that NMP-PCH Hayabusa had to swallow in the same round. XL lost two points, as well.

It is still a very close race for all top positions between the same four teams, and everything is possible. The videos of Round 9 are already in the works, and they will show that France had a serious hickup in this very fast sequence. There is no doubt that the lead will be reduced once the scores are posted. Chances are great that the top of the leaderboard will become tighter once again.

Arizona Airspeed is working hard to cut into the difference to the cash positions (1 to 4). It is just extremely difficult, more difficult than ever perhaps, as there are not only two or three teams performing on the top level. Airspeed has to deal with a pack of top teams that don't seem to give in easily.

AA Class leader: Usual Suspects
There are many different races going on in the whole field, and the NSL News will follow up later with the details of those exciting duels and battles within, including the AA and Rookie Class competition.

Kaktus Hunter and SDC Rhythm XP are currently fighting hard for the last spot in the Top 10. The Pro Team is showing Dynamic Fource that the team from Finland will be seriously involved in the competition for the unofficial amateur title at the World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2010. The Pro Team is also winning the unofficial Scandinavian Championship at the World Challenge 2010.

Four UK and two Italian teams try to stay away from the very bottom of the AAA Class leaderboard, while the first German team that signed up for the World Challenge, the Usual Suspects, are in the lead of the AA Class competition. Teams from six different nations compete in the 10-team AA Class field.
