... that Dubai Nexus' new member Derek Cox explains the difference between 4way Dynamic and VFS 4way?

Jason Russell with the VFS 4way team from Poland
posted Aug 15th, 2013 - The VFS 4way and 8way teams are released for the day at the World Cup 2013 in Banja Luka.

The farewell meet for the French 8way team remains very interesting, even though there is no serious direct competition for Aerodyne Maubeuge. Fast sequences took turns with slower ones today, and France is still in contention for the highest 8way meet average in history. Team captain Clement Martin Saint Leon said that his team is missing pressure to perform even better.

The world's top position in VFS 4way seems to be taken by Dubai Nexus, at least at this point in time. The VFS 4way teams were released after completing three rounds. They have more time since they complete only eight rounds due to the smaller dive pool.

Team4speed on the way to a competition round in Banja Luka
Dubai Nexus is currently six points ahead of Team4speed and has won every single round so far. Chances are little that the French world champions will be able to fight back strongly enough to turn the table in Banja Luke.

The Sun Path Products NSL News discussed the current situation with all Dubai Nexus members when today's competition was over. Team captain Jason Russel also provided insights of the cooperation between Skydive Dubai and Empuriabrava to support the competition between the two teams.

Both teams have new members. Nexus' Derek Cox is coming from Dynamic 4way, while Team4speed's Cathy Bouette is a former Freeflying world champion. Derek Cox explains in short words where he sees and feels the major differences between his two disciplines.
