NSL News Coverage of the FAI Indoor World Cup 2024

Did You Know...

... that It's All About Gen also competed for iFLY Dallas' Indoor Cloud League team?

Dallas 350 with Josh Hall
posted Feb 1st, 2016 - The last Indoor Cloud League update brought the Sun Path Products NSL News back to the first 10-round indoor meet of the year, SkyVenture New Hampshire's annual indoor competition on January 9th.

Earlier stories had covered the AAA Class competition and the annual duel between Shmeland and various Mass Defiance lineups. The story on January 21st also mentioned that the visitors from Texas, Dallas 350 with substitute Josh Hall, were closer to the two top teams than any other team in New Hampshire before.

Lucas King, Scott Latinis and Scott Levy were not the only visitors from Texas. The recent Indoor Cloud League updates mentioned that Spaceland Lite also competed in New Hampshire, together with several additional 4-way competitors in different lineups.

More visitors from Texas: Spaceland Lite
Lucas King, Scott Latinis and Scott Levy separated from each other and Josh Hall when they were done with their AAA Class duties. The two original Dallas 350 members teamed up with Amanda Lampton and Genifer Oliver to compete in the AA Class, as well.

Amanda Lampton has been managing iFLY Dallas' Indoor Cloud League team ever since the wind tunnel joined the league, and she had recently "upgraded" Genifer Oliver to one of her assistant coaches. Lucas King and Scott Levy have been helping her with player coaching from the beginning of the Indoor Cloud League competition at iFLY Dallas.

It's All About Gen eventually won the AA Class competition at SkyVenture New Hampshire by one single point over Wake Up Danny, with AAA Class competitors Bob and Kim Schuyler in double duties (Fallout).

It's All About Genifer in New Hampshire
It's All About Gen came back together with exactly the same lineup at iFLY Dallas when it was time for the Indoor Cloud League January sequences.

This time, the coaches had to take on the two AAA/Open Class sequences, after the much easier AA Class 10-round competition at SkyVenture New Hampshire. However, Lucas King, Amanda Lampton, Scott Levy and Genifer Oliver now had more space available in their 14-foot home chamber. The 12-foot flying chamber in New Hampshire allows only for a limited dive pool. The AAA/AA Class sequences for January were still tailored for a 12-foot chamber, as this is all the space that other participating Indoor Cloud League teams have available.

It's All About Gen will separate again for the team training of the members - and then may come back together again to perform the AAA/AA Class sequences for iFLY Dallas in February...
