The Florida Skydiving League competitors just went back to iFLY Orlando on May 28th to improve their May scores for the last time, and they took the current top position for the six May sequences. However, it was only a day later when Deb Correia's Northwest Skydiving League group submitted their scores for the last month.
Jan Klapka of the Czech Skydiving League group at the Skydive Arena in Prague had just congratulated the Florida Skydiving League for their May victory when the new scores came in from iFLY Seattle. The Northwest Skydiving League competitors had won the Indoor Cloud League competition for the month of April, and everything was still possible.

NWSL team Synergy has been scoring for iFLY Seattle in the A Class and the AA Class in previous Indoor Cloud League months. This time, they will also provide the AAA Class scores for he first time. The final numbers for May are still to come.
Deb Correia reported from iFLY Seattle that her Indoor Cloud League situation for May was complicated. She and her husband Dave Correia were gone for two weeks, and David Zhang was not yet cleared to fly after breaking his back in February. The other coaches, Carolyn Chow and Jeff Smith, were unavailable to organize an event due to their schedules.
"When I put out the word that we would not be able to organize an event for the month, Matthias Kaminski and Bill Selig stepped up to put something together. D'Arcy Kaaua and Monica Aikins were excited to fly the other two slots, and David Zhang provided outside coaching to the group. In addition, two local teams submitted scores, with the Joes flying the A Class sequence and Synergy submitting scores for AA and AAA, even though they have never flown a slot switcher before. I am very proud and thankful to each of them for going the extra mile to make sure we had scores to submit!"
The Synergy score for the AAA Class sequence and the video will follow soon, and iFLY Seattle will probably end up in 3rd place for May. It has been a very interesting situation on the top of the Indoor Cloud League leaderboard this year...
