posted Jan 19th, 2013 - It is difficult for the four judges at the SV New Hampshire 2013 to keep up with the tunnel pace. Deanne Hesterberg, Randy Connell, Andre Van Heerden and Chief Judge Jim Rees are working hard and have no chance to match Ben Liston's perfectly efficient meet machine.

Jim Rees used to be his Mass Defiance team mate and is now once again pushing the judging buttons for and against them. Jim Rees said that all his judges at SkyVenture New Hampshire are FAI rated now. He hopes to get them on the meet list for international events soon.

Ben Liston and the teams did not wait for the judges, and the scores could not be posted before the next flying sessions began. However, the scores are of secondary nature at this event, even though it is a real competition. Ben Liston's purpose is to include as many regional skydivers as possible and help them with many player coaches in the lineups. There is hardly a AAA Class competitor who is not a player coach in another lineup at the same time.

There still is the battle between Shmeland and Minimal Compliance, which is very competitive. Shmeland was ahead by seven points after two rounds, and the NSL Reality TV camera followed both teams throughout the meet opening flying session.

All teams have to be prepared for two sequences according to Ben Liston's plan and procedures. Three teams enter the flying chamber together and get one round done. It's the first team's turn again with the second meet sequence as soon as the third team of this session leaves the flying chamber.

The new NSL Reality TV clip features the first two rounds of the meet where Shmeland had the better start. The NSL News will follow up with the judging videos later on.
