... that the field of teams for the annual New Hampshire Indoor Fest is set?

AAA Class rivals of 2013 and 2014
posted Jan 23rd, 2014 - The annual SkyVenture New Hampshire Indoor Fest is coming up this weekend, and the field of teams is set. 28 teams will compete in the four categories and try to master a down-sized dive pool that fits in the 12-foot flying chamber.

Shmeland and Minimal Compliance will have a re-match in the AAA Class competition with exactly the same lineups as last year. Shmeland's Sally Hathaway has recovered from her shoulder surgery and is ready to get back into full 4way action.

It's a challenging task for the AAA Class teams, as the dive pool includes several blocks (3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22) that don't fit easily into the 12-foot chamber. Meet director Ben Liston mentioned the difficulties in his first 2014 update:

"The flying is impressive, and the crashes are epic as teams fight through blocks like 3, 10, 18, 21, and 22, sometimes with grace and finesse and sometimes with shear will and force."

Snatch Force lineup of 2013
50-50 is not back to defend last year's AA Class victory. However, two defending champions are coming back with 75-25.

Samantha Joseph and Mario Mauro competed with Ari Perelman and Yvonne Saa a year ago. They now have Scott Levy and Glenn Lambert in the lineup to go after the AA Class medals.

Last year's silver medalists of the Snatch Force have a slightly different lineup, as well. Minimal Compliance member Brian Stephens is still guiding the team, now with Jennifer Cook, Nicole Bedard and new 2014 member Freddy Konopasek.

Ride It like It's Stolen is one of the teams also coming back with exactly the same lineup (Ben Liston, Mark McHam, Adam Dole, Steve Feldman) as in 2013.

CT True Blue won the A Class competition with Will Harris, Jon Szylobryt, James Marcum and Kevin Duignan last year. Only Will Harris is back, and his new lineup, with Andrew Usher, Andrew Stipicevic and Doug Hendrix, has signed up for the AA Class competition.

Three Four Fun members at the USPA Nationals 2013
A Class silver medalist of 2013, Prophecy, made the same move after also competing in the AA/Intermediate Class at the USPA Nationals. Lindsey Basher, Simon Schoon, Kevin Remy and Bob Schuyler placed 2nd last year.

The Prophecy 2014 lineup (Brad Brown, Trevor Donarski, Linsey Basher, Kevin Remy) will battle again with CT True Blue, this time in the AA Class.

Four Fun is a visiting team from Florida. Grant Underland, Erica Gorski, Gary Fox and Frederic Bonneville are familiar with a 12-foot flying chamber and the two blocks (7,9) of the A Class dive pool.

They are training at the iFLY Orlando wind tunnel on a regular basis and have collected Indoor Cloud League points for the Florida group in different lineups.

Three team members also competed at the USPA Nationals 2013 in the AA/Intermediate Class. The Florida lineup could become a medal contender in this category on the coming weekend.
