posted: Jul 11th, 2016 The Northern California Skydiving League had the only U.S. meet scheduled for the past weekend, and the nine NCSL teams all competed at the Parachute Center in Lodi. NCSL Director Lori Connor posted a summary after the competition of the event. "Congratulations Teams! The NCSL's Meet # 2 was an awesome success yesterday at the Parachute Center, with everyone having fun while completing their scheduled rounds of the draw. News Article Did you know that the Northern California Skydiving League beat the weather in Lodi?
posted: May 9th, 2016 The Northern California Skydiving League launched its 2016 outdoor season on the first day of May. It was originally scheduled for the last day of April, however, the very windy weather forecast changed the plans, and it was actually a surprise that the meet took place at all. NCSL Director Lori Connor was glad that it still worked out: "Well, in spite of the wind on Saturday, Meet #1 happened on Sunday." News Article Did you know that John D'Annunzio won the player coaching AA Class competition by a single point?
posted: Aug 7th, 2015 Last weekend's AA Class competition was not as close as the duel between H4O in Ireland and Perris Quattro in the AAA Class. However, three AA Class teams were close enough to take turns in claiming and tying highscores for the six meet rounds. Team Name of the Northern California Skydiving League eventually finished in the top spot, four points ahead of Southern Mix of the Southern Skydiving League. Team Name competed with the same lineup that recently competed for iFLY SF Bay's Indoor Cloud League team and became a part of the Sun Path Products NSL News story on August 3rd. The competition... News Article Did you know that the Northern California Skydiving League needed the second tie breaker in the second meet?
posted: Jun 17th, 2015 The Sun Path Products NSL News update on June 15th mentioned that the two Californian leagues did not interfere with each other at all last weekend. The teams of the Northern California Skydiving League competed only in the A and Rookie Class this time, with five teams in the A Class competition. NCSL Director Lori Connor reported from Skydance in Davis that it was a successful event: "Relaxed vibe, warm and sunny, friendly winds with everyone having a super fun time while learning lots! News Article Did you know that last weekend's meets generated the year's first cross-league leaderboard?
posted: May 12th, 2015 Several indoor and outdoor leaderboards have been on SKYLEAGUE.COM's scores pages this year. The indoor leaderboards have naturally been dominating so far, as the winter season is the perfect opportunity for teams to test their competition skills in flying chambers all over the planet. The outdoor meets that are scheduled earlier in the calendar year are still running a higher risk of weather troubles. posted: Feb 24th, 2015 The Northern California Skydiving League had a successful comeback last year and has exciting plans for the 2015 season, as the Sun Path Products NSL News reported on 17 November 2014. NCSL Director Lori Connor had begun with her preparations for the league's comeback in the summer of 2013, and the first update was posted on 24 July 2013. It did not take very long until she also began to organize her own group of Northern Californian 4-way coaches and competitors for the monthly Indoor Cloud League events at iFLY SF Bay, and her group has not missed a single score for any of the six monthly...
