posted: Sep 6th, 2021 The five teams who competed for the Midwest Skydiving League League in August shared their leaderboards only with teams of the Carolina Skydiving League League last month. In fact, only the A Class leaderboard featured teams from different leagues. The MWSL teams in the AA Class had the whole leaderboard only for themselves. More AA Class teams actually competed on the same weekend at the UK Nationals 2021. However, British Skydiving conduct a live competition draw for their national championships, which was not available timely for the Midwest Skydiving League teams. MWSL Director Steve... (more)

posted: Jul 21st, 2021 Five teams of the Midwest Skydiving League League added new scores to the July leaderboard after last weekend's first competition of the 2021 season at Skydive Chicago. SDC Rhythm XP member Steve Lefkowitz could enjoy watching the MWSL and Rhythm project teams continue with their progression towards the USPA Nationals at the end of October this year. The Midwest Skydiving League is generating some serious medal contenders under the Rhythm guidance. Many MWSL teams have been navigating the challenges of travelling and training safely during the pandemic, which unfortunately meant for some of the more experienced Midwest teams that they were unable to make the trip to Wisconsin for the meet. However, MWSL organizer and event coach JaNette Lefkowitz said that it was exciting to see young talent combine with some MWSL regulars who did show up for the meet forming two teams for the... posted: May 26th, 2019 The NSL News reported at the beginning of the year that SDC RhEvolution XP planned to move up into AAA Class competition after a 2nd place at the USPA Nationals 2018 in the AA/Intermediate Class. The Midwest Skydiving League team had another change in the lineup before they attended the first competition in the new category, the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship. Jason Krumholz had joined the team in the middle of the 2018 season, while Greg Oldendick completed the 2019 lineup after Josh Reinert stepped back. The new lineup finished in the middle of the AAA Class field at the indoor event... (more)
News Article Did you know that SDC Rhevolution XP has joined TSC Cadence on the 13+ AA Class level?
posted: Aug 22nd, 2018 Last weekend's AA Class leaderboard needed an adjustment, as well. The seven teams from three different leagues completed either six or seven meet rounds, and the rankings did not change much after removing the scores for Round 7. SDC Falcon were tied with CSC Phrasing after Round 6 and before CSC Phrasing added another round at the end of the day. A tie-breaking procedure for the tie after Round 6 would have given CSC Phrasing the winning position in this duel, with the 13-pointer in Round 3 as the highest score between the two teams. Florida Skydiving League team Purple HaZe from Skydive... (more)

It was the first time in the long history of the league that a total of nine teams attended the first meet of a new outdoor season. SDC Rhythm XP's event organizers and coaches JaNette and Steve Lefkowitz and team mate Andrew Happick had teams in each of the four NSL categories, while the six teams in the AA Class helped to create the largest leaderboard of the weekend, together with five teams from the Northern Plains Skydiving League.
