Did You Know...

... that Hayabusa Defence won the semifinal round?

Hayabusa Defence exit in Round 9
posted Sep 5th, 2009 - The exits and Block 1 (Snowflake - Offset) on the hill caused a lot of trouble for several teams in Round 9, the official semifinals. Aerodyne Cypres Maubeuge lost two points of the 24 points in working time and gave up the first round to Hayabusa Defence. The Belgian team had the highest score with the 25-pointer, before and after penalties.

Sinapsi was hit very hard and almost funneled the completion of Block 1 on the hill. An additional point deduction increased the damage, and the silver medal position is now very far away. Black Cat also completed 24 points in working time and lost three. The 21-pointer still brought the Russian team three points closer to Sinapsi's bronze medal position.

Crossroads had the other record damage of three points in Round 9. Magic 4 from Lithuania lost two points and doesn't have to prepare for Round 10 any longer. The Pro Team from Finland has made it into the final round after another clean performance.

NRG from the Netherlands is also out of the game and lost a point in Round 9. Eight teams are now getting ready for the final round, six national teams and additional two teams for the combination of World Cup and European Championship.

The German team FSC Eisenach-Paratec is chasing Kaktus Hunter. The Germans are now playing the Joker. The NSL News will explain later.
