Did You Know...

... that team work is also important for the Indoor Cloud League performance?

More AAA/AA highscores: Bad Boys
posted Feb 5th, 2016 - The record-breaking January leaderboard of the Indoor Cloud League is complete, and NSL-TV follows up with the BEST OF JANUARY videos.

It becomes increasingly difficult for any ICL team to claim the highscore for a sequence with the rising number of participating wind tunnels.

However, iFLY Dallas demonstrated in January that the team work of the whole ICL group with all lineups counts just as much as each member of a 4-way team. iFLY Dallas finished in 2nd place without claiming a single highscore.

Only four of the nine ICL teams have at least one of the six highscores for the six sequences.

The Hurricane Factory in the Czech Republic took the top position once again, by combining three highscores (Bad Boys - HF Junior Cubs) with great team work of Jan Klapka's Sportflight ICL team.

Great team work: iFLY Seattle team in January
Deb Correia's ICL team at iFLY Seattle posted the highscore for the A Class sequence. She held her ICL meet early in January (7th), and she was very happy with the results: "It was one of the best events we've held in some time. Each of the four groups was very well matched, and everyone made improvements throughout the session and flew very well. It's cool to watch the progression!"

She said that a couple of Northwest Skydiving League teams also turned in their videos. Das Booties posted the 13-pointer for the RRR Class sequence, and Seattle Swift topped the great month with the ICL highscore for January.

The Das Booties lineup of 2016 consists of Monika Brunnenkant, Randy Barbee, Kurt Ferstl and Isaac Bahr. Seattle Swift has Djordje Mandaric, Denis Pershakov, Dmitry Rudchenko and Thomas Gullaud in the new team's lineup. ICL coaches Dave Correia, David Zhang, Dmitry Rudchenko and Andrey Ulanov performed the AAA and AA Class sequences.

Highscore still standing: Suffolk Sabotage
Richard Bisson had a new AAA/AA Class lineup last month at SkyVenture Montreal, including only his son Yannick of the Bisson family this time.

Guillaume Boilaeu and Nicolas Malley completed the lineup and came dangerously close to the Bad Boys with the AA Class sequence.

It was once again Richard Bisson's 4-way team Slim Jim who posted the ICL January highscore for the RRR Class sequence and added a 23-pointer in the A Class.

Only the missing scores for the two Rookie Class sequences (RR - R) kept SkyVenture Montreal from taking one of the top spots in January.

iFLY Virginia had the perfect start into the Indoor Cloud League world with the highscore for the RR Class sequence, which was posted early in January and stood strongly all the way through the month. The first February scores will be posted soon.
