NSL News Coverage of the FAI Indoor World Cup 2024

Did You Know...

... that Black Cat was the only team at the 5th DIPC without any penalties?

No penalties in ten rounds: Black Cat
posted Dec 4th, 2014 - All Formation Skydiving events are complete at the 5th Dubai International Parachuting Championship, while Canopy Piloting will continue on Friday, when the award ceremony will take place, as well.

Evolution did finish with a 25+ average for the first time after a good Round 10. NMP-PCH Hayabusa tied the 19-pointer and finished in 2nd place after a good competition with SDC Rhythm XP, who posted the highest outdoor meet average in team history. New Hayabusa member Jeroen "Bob" Nollet has shown that he is ready to defend the Belgian gold medals in 2016.

The new Rhythm lineup has caught up with the 2012 lineup (23.8) and the race with 2012 team mates Chris Farina and Thiago Gomes, now the rear piece for Arizona Airspeed, is on.

Happy Canadians after Round 10
The competition behind the three top teams was a very interesting one, too. Black Cat's new lineup, with sponsor Valeriy Gredasov, delivered an impressive 20+ average. Black Cat was the only team in the whole competition without any penalties.

The two teams from the Arabian Peninsula, Qatar Tigers and Dubai Asaar, have established themselves on the world's top level of 4-way competition behind the medal positions. Dubai Asaar's 19.0 average is the highest one in team history, and the three Emirates (Abdulaziz Shukari, Abdulrahman Almaamari, Khaled Abduljalil) are very happy and proud of their results, as the latest NSL-TV clip is showing.

The Sun Path Products NSL News met the finalists of the 5th DIPC at the landing area on the Palm Jumeirah island after landing from Round 10. The second NSL-TV clip shows the top teams during and after the live judging in the viewing area. The live coverage of the 5th DIPC continues tomorrow with aftermath and more interviews.
