Did You Know...

... that SDC Rhythm XP has published new training tools?

Arizona Airspeed DVD in 2007
posted Feb 23rd, 2014 - The US top teams have always shared their knowledge and expertise with the rest of the Formation Skydiving competition world, not only by offering professional coaching.

Arizona Airspeed helped Craig Buxton to create the "Airspeed Mind Maps" long ago. The Golden Knights had their share of the 4way education when they competed for the USA in 2003. DeLand Majik followed up with their own DVD in 2004. Fastrax developed a visual training tool in 2006. Arizona Airspeed came back in 2007 with a new DVD, which showed the random formations and blocks.

Recently, Paraclete XP published a new video that shows the whole dive pool flown by the 4way team members in the 16-foot chamber in Raeford. This video is also available at the SKYLEAGUE.COM resource center.

SDC Rhythm XP is the next publisher of valuable 4way information, which is available at the re-designed team website.

Several helpful tools include continuity plans with graphical demonstrations of the block techniques.

There are two options that SDC Rhythm XP offers. The first one explains how the current Rhythm lineup engineers competition sequences.

The second option is designed to help teams on a lower experience level with additional graphics.

None of the older or newer programs can replace real life coaching, as there are neither written nor spoken instructions that support the visual helping tools. However, the combination of collecting theoretical knowledge and watching competition videos at SKYLEAGUE.COM or any other media is very helpful and can prepare competitors very well for the actual training, with or without a coach.

The first 2014 competitions are coming up very soon for SDC Rhythm XP. The silver medalists of the USPA Nationals 2013 are registered for the Paraclete XP Indoor and Outdoor Championship double header coming up soon.

NSL-TV will be able to present the real life competition videos live from and after the events. The audience then has the opportunity to compare the latest Rhythm training tools with the 10-round engineering at both events.
