posted: Nov 15th, 2023 Texas Skydiving League Director Scott Latinis can look back at a very successful year for his work and his own skydiving career. He had re-activated the Texas Skydiving League in 2019, as the NSL News reported on 2 January 2019 and continued to offer the regional 4-way events to the Formation Skydiving community in Texas. The participation at his Texas Skydiving League events was not even impacted much by the corona virus crisis, not even in the year when the USPA Nationals were canceled. News Article Did you know that the Texas teams finished with new record numbers at the Dallas Super Cup?
posted: Aug 15th, 2023 Three of the four Texas teams who competed at the Spaceland Pre-Nationals 2023, followed up with the next opportunity that the Texas Skydiving League offered to get well prepared for the USPA Nationals in September, the Dallas Super Cup 2023. Meet director Kyle Hermberg, who also manages the Indoor Cloud League team at iFLY Dallas, informed the NSL News that three additional RRR Class teams completed the six rounds at Skydive Spaceland's Dallas location. News Article Did you know that last weekend's events created a very powerful leaderboard?
posted: Jul 21st, 2023 The combined leaderboard of the Paraclete XP Summer Classic and the Pre-Nationals at Skydive Spaceland Houston was not very large. However, it was very powerful in all three categories. In fact, there is a very good chance that it featured at least poterntial USPA medal winners in all four USPA categories at this year's national championships. XPG4 will compete in 4-way Open at the USPA Nationals, after winning FAI medals in 4-way Women at the FAI Outdoor World Cup. posted: Jul 17th, 2023 The events of the NSL Network are meant to offer 4-way teams and competitors regular opportunities to collect competition experiences before attending national or international events where the performance pressure is usually on a significantly higher level. In addition, using the synchronized competition draw allows the participants at different meets and geographically distant locations to compare their scores on combined leaderboards that the National Skydiving League has been creating since 2004 on SKYLEAGUE.COM. News Article Did you know that Texas and Northern California completed their first 2023 outdoor events?
posted: May 15th, 2023 The Texas Skydiving League had a slow start into the 2023 season. League director Scott Latinis reported from Texas that four teams showed up on Saturday, one in the AA Class, three in the Rookie Class. He said that strong winds kept them on the ground on the first weekend day. The AA Class team and two of the three Rookie Class teams came back on Sunday, even though AA Class team The Sufficients were now missing one of the team members. News Article Did you know that 49 1/2 Finger Death Punch and CSC Constellation had their last test before the USPA Nationals?
posted: Aug 23rd, 2022 CSC Constellation was one of the busiest U.S. teams in 2021. The original lineup competed at four different A Class events before attending their first national championships in USPA's new 4-way Beginner category. They increased the scoring and performance level at each of the events and ended up in a jump-off extra round for the bronze medals at the USPA Nationals 2021. The lineup changed when CSC Constellation made plans for the 2022 season.
