posted: Feb 5th, 2015 It took a while until the complete new lineup of the French Girls eventually came together at the same place and the same time. The Sun Path Products NSL News reported on 15 November 2014 that three original Deep Blue members (Sophie Deremaux, Francoise Simons-Hamouchi, Amelie Tirman) competed with new French Girls member Clementine Le Bohec at the FAI World Cup of Indoor Skydiving and won with an impressive 24.7 average. This year's 10-year anniversary event will be the 3rd time for the ChatterChicks to compete in Bedford, and the all-female team will keep the progression through the categories in perfect order. Amanda Lampton's Texas group at iFLY Dallas first beat the previously posted 27-pointer by Czech Rookie Class team Flying Circus by a single point. Dallas 350 members Scott Levy and Lucas King guided... (more)

posted: Feb 2nd, 2015 The 5th Dubai International Parachuting Championship 2014 and the Wind Games 2015 did not really have that much in common. The event in Dubai is an outdoor competition for the teams who could still not get enough of 4-way and other events at the end of the season, while the Wind Games indoor meet follows soon and very early in the new year. Both events are neither drawing the best teams in the world nor many national teams to the same location... (more)

The Sun Path Products NSL News also discussed the competition with NMP-PCH Hayabusa coach Gary Smith a few days after his arrival at home. Gary Smith, 4-way world champion of 2004 (DeLand Majik) and 2006 (DeLand Fire), was not only coaching Hayabusa in Empuriabrava. He also competed once again with Voodoo at the same time. He said that the coaching job was more important, as Voodoo will most likely have... (more)

Did you know that iFLY Seattle's recent Indoor Cloud League event produced a new NWSL team for the 2015 season?
posted: Jan 31st, 2015 It took only a day after Florida's Indoor Cloud League update until iFLY Seattle's answer came from the Northwest Skydiving League group. Deb Correia reported that Team Seattle held a skills camp one week prior to the Indoor Cloud League event to work on individual skills and focus on some of the random formations and blocks that would be seen in the duel. Six participants signed up and learned a lot. She said that many of the Indoor Cloud League competitors have only been flying at those events: "They don't get much time to work on their own skills in a lower-stress environment. This is...
