Did you know that the French Girls are showing progression?
posted: Aug 17th, 2015 The Sun Path Products NSL News coverage of last week's events begins with the French Nationals 2015.
Ten rounds were on the French agenda at the competition in Vichy, and only four were eventually completed. It was a good start with three rounds on Thursday, however, the weather and meet conditions then allowed only one more round for the 4-way teams, while the French 8-way teams completed a total of five rounds.
The French national teams in 4-way Open and 8-way did not compete in Vichy, even though several members once again joined the lineups that they have been jumping with at the two... (more)

Did you know that the Czech 4-way story is like a fairy tale?
posted: Aug 13th, 2015 I did not even know there was 4-way competition in the Czech Republic before I met Jan Klapka. That was more than 10 years ago, when he visited DeLand with his 4-way team, the Bad Boys.
We had connected before we met in person, as he was very interested in the National Skydiving League and its international 4-way network. In fact, together we had prepared the first season of the Czech Republic Skydiving League in 2005 before we shared our first beer in DeLand.
I was born and raised in Germany, when there was no Czech Republic; Czechoslovakia was our neighboring country when I grew up, and... (more)

posted: Aug 12th, 2015 The French world champions of 2010 in 4-way Women, Aerokart Deep Blue, have made the Sun Path Products NSL News many times when they were training and competing between 2008 and 2010. The team story began in 2008, as the Sun Path Products NSL News reported on June 10th, 2008.
It was not only the athletic performance of the original lineup (Sophie Deremaux, Berangere Duplouy, Francoise Simons-Hamouchi, Amelie Tirman) that caught the special attention of the skydiving world, as Deep Blue became one of the best 4-way teams in the world, not only in 4-way Women. Deep Blue was also the perfect example... (more)
Did you know that consistent team training makes a difference?
posted: Aug 11th, 2015 It's time for the BEST OF THE MONTH video of the Indoor Cloud League. July was one of the few months with no tied highscores for all six categories.
The ICL participation has grown to a point where chances are little that any of the teams can easily walk away from the field. The July competition was in fact the first time in the young history of the Indoor Cloud League that two teams ended up tied in 1st place.
iFLY Orlando and iFLY SF Bay were separated by one single point in July 2014 (131 - 130) for the previously closest battle. Last month, iFLY Dallas and iFLY Seattle both finished with... (more)
