Did you know that Germany's 8-way champion Airbus has a new lineup for 2015?
posted: Feb 11th, 2015 The Sun Path Products NSL News reported on 26 December 2014 that Germany's reigning 8-way champions of Team Airbus might have double duties for the next two years.
The Airbus 4-way lineup (Olaf Biedermann, Goeran Meyer, Thomas Mack, Christian Schaefer) won last year's national championships in both events. Thomas "Spieli" Spielvogel, Uli Sehrbrock, Dieter Schwarz, Dieter Kirsch and Solly Williams helped to also bring the 8-way medals to the Airbus headquarters in Munich, with Alexander "Dude" Hau on camera.

Did you know that last weekend's 50-pointer was the highest 4-way score since 2011?
posted: Feb 10th, 2015 It has been almost four years since a 4-way team posted the last 50-pointer or higher at a competition.
It happened at the last World Challenge where host Paul Mayer had a mandatory Super Sequence as a part of the 10-round meet in Bedford. Six teams scored 50 points or higher for one of the fastest sequences (H,M,Q,K,A) in modern history of indoor competition, and NMP-PCH Hayabusa had the highscore with a 65-pointer in Round 3.
It is not the unofficial indoor world record for a single round though. Perris Fury had posted a 66-pointer (J,M,E,D,L) a year earlier at the World Challenge, which... (more)

The British ACM lineup (Hari Ganapathy, Debbie Lamsley, James Woods, Gareth Hicks) in the AAA Class is an interesting combination of competitors from different teams. Hari Ganapathy trained and competed with Raykipo last year. Debbie Lamsley was... (more)
Did you know that Perrine Sanchez and Julien Degen had a good warm-up session at Aerokart?
posted: Feb 8th, 2015 NMP-PCH Hayabusa member Dennis Praet and three Gavroche members (Clement Martin Saint Leon, Emmanuel Sarrazin, Julien Olek) were back in a flying chamber just two weeks after the completion of the Wind Games 2015.
This time, it was Aerokart in Paris, France, who invited 4-way teams to their annual competition, the Aerokart Challenge, and a total of 16 teams attended the event.
Neither Hayabusa nor Gavroche competed with their complete lineup. In fact, Dennis Praet was the only Hayabusa member of the current lineup... (more)
Did you know that there are NoPros in Formation Skydiving Competition?
posted: Feb 7th, 2015 Somebody introduced the so-called "unofficial amateur champion" title into the skydiving competition terminology several years ago. I'm afraid that I'm the one to blame, and it's about time to explain a little bit more about that.
I think it happened when the "journalistic outlet" of the National Skydiving League had grown to a point where so much content and so many topics came out of the league network that it turned into one of the full-time jobs. The Sun Path Products NSL News service is more or less an unplanned result of the competition league network, which was the only original purpose... (more)
Did you know that the Golden Knights scored high for iFLY Orlando's Indoor Cloud League group?
posted: Feb 6th, 2015 The mention of the French Girls in a Sun Path Products NSL News update usually triggers another team name, the Golden Knights, either in the same story or shortly afterwards, and vice versa. This time, the French update was first, and it took exactly one day until the Golden Knights story follows. In fact, the update from the US Army headquarters has been in the works while the French Girls are training in Dubai.
The Golden Knights are actually away from the headquarters, in a training camp in Florida, and the Sun Path Products NSL News was planning a field trip to the training site, the MacDill... (more)
